Individual Military Research
I will bring you intimately into the details of the full experience of your veteran’s war through a full color multi-page report that will be yours to keep forever.
My reports are one-of-a-kind with a pleasing and unique aesthetic. No matter the war or branch of service, I will dig up as many details as I can find on service in Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Army Air Corps and Air Force, Coast Guard, Army Nurse Corps (ANC), Women’s Army Corps (WAC), Evacuation, Field Hospitals and medical battalions in the Civil War, WWI and WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and more.
The final report you will receive is filled with explanation and detail, as well as the bare bones of the paperwork, documentation, and information I will find for you. This includes DD-214 and related discharge documentation, Individual Deceased Personnel File (IDPF), Prisoner of War (POW) information, Morning Reports, Chaplain file, General Orders, award verification such as Purple Heart, Bronze Star, or Silver Star, burial reports, hospital admission reports, unit journals, After Action Reports, dates and length of service and more.
Clients are often brought to tears when the final report is presented in a zoom call, and comment that it feels like the person at the center of their research topic has truly come back to life.

In-depth Research
Let me do what I do best!
I specialize in large-scale deep-dive projects that take the Individual Research package to the next level.
This research package is perfect for families who want to understand the story beyond the basic documentation or authors, media, museums, and films who wish to research and understand a significant amount of data and detail. I have had great success researching an entire company or division and their footsteps through combat, individual stories that take place over a large span of time, and seemingly impossible-to-find answers around a mysterious and inconclusive situation or person.
The time I've spent at the various archival branches has given me a comprehensive understanding of the labyrinthian nature of archival documents and I possess tried and true strategies to tackle non-linear investigation of the details required to grasp a complex story on an evocative human level.
I deliver facts and anecdotes that you would never have dreamed would be possible. I don’t take no for an answer, exhaust every last possible path, and guarantee that you’ll be amazed at the tenacity with which I undertake my mission.

Documentary Films
If you have a story that would make a great documentary short or feature, reach out!
Through my non-profit organization Stories of War, I create compelling narratives and imagery that stir the spirit and evoke the common thread of humanity. I founded Stories of War in 2023 to continue my passion for breathing life into history through my love of filmmaking. Later in the year, I was a recipient of the WomensNet Amber Grant for Women. As a result of this generous grant, I have been able to develop several projects and am looking forward to their release.
Stories of War, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization on a mission to honor the individual stories of those impacted by the multi-faceted legacy of war. Through educational and inspiring documentary films we provide investigation, insight, and perspective into history while promoting the qualities of empathy and tolerance - and above all, honoring the past to bring hope to the future.
