why are we afraid of the words?

Why are we so afraid of the WORDS?
.
Pussy. Vagina. Clitoris. Labia. Pleasure. Passion. Power.

The power we seek is in our bodies.

Yes, we may need to tunnel through layers of collective and personal grief to get there. That’s a real journey, and it requires patience, devotion, and sweet tender compassion.
.
But it’s a journey that’s worth it.
.
It benefits everyone: an empowered, and um, embodied body that knows pleasure and seeks the potency of self-expression invigorates the collective.

A body that also knows the realities of pain, fear, and suffering can teach us how to hold compassion, strength, endurance, and non-judgment with grace, dignity, and a hell of a dose of deep and unbridled empathy.
.
Our bodies, when truly lived in and experienced on every pleasurable (and sometimes painful) level, can model for our children how to innately respect and respond to their own beauty ... and their own pain.
.
Our men, too.

Our bodies belong to us and nobody else. They are our homes. Let’s EXALT our homes of flesh and bone.
.
Exalt.
.
Not fear. Or shame. Or dissociate. Or blame.

Exalt.
.
You gorgeous home of flesh and bone.
.
You are holy.
